Refund Policy:
- Full refunds will be given if requested for before shipment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method!
- If you are returning a product, refunds will only be given if product is unopened and unused. For acrylic goods, protective film must be still attached on both sides. Shipping refunds will not be given, only for product cost.
- In the event of a lost parcel, please first contact the courier and see if they can locate your parcel.
- If you are international and decide to refuse customs price, I will refund for the product cost once the parcel is back in my hands and I have inspected it.
- In the event of a product coming broken upon arrival, please contact me. I can either send a new product free of cost to you, or issue a full refund including shipping cost.
- If product is broken due to general use, I will not send replacement or refund.
Please note that once I drop the parcel off at the shipment center, it is out of my hands as it is up to the courier to deliver. Thank you!
